We believe that locating and maintaining gainful employment is a vital step to achieving independence. Our vocational programs are tailored to individuals who have a focus on paid work and employment. Program participants, with staff support, have access to work and career-based assessments, training, and job placement opportunities that are geared to the individual’s abilities, aptitudes, and interests. So, we are committed to helping individuals make good choices and find and keep jobs they like by uniting people with occupations that fit their individual personalities and skills. Individuals have the opportunity to engage in paid contract work within the facility or supported employment in the community with ongoing staff support. With either contract work or supported employment, individuals often gain the skills, experience, and confidence necessary to successfully engage in competitive employment. Program participants in both day program and vocational services also have access to adjunctive support to address their physical, mental, and behavioral health needs to help maximize their potential and opportunities for daily independence.

- Identification of specific labor needs of businesses in the area to foster a relationship in the community between the employer and our job seeker.
- Provision of continuing support through job coaching, mentoring, training, and the development of natural workplace support to ensure a successful transition.
