Apply For DDA Services
- First, before an individual can apply to COMPLETE CARE to receive ongoing services, an individual needs to have applied for and be approved for funding through the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). Information and DDA applications can be obtained at the DDA Website.
- If you are eligible for funding from the DDA, you should be assigned a coordinator of community services (CCS) who will assist you in accessing services. The CCS, the individual, or the family can contact the Executive Director of COMPLETE CARE at +1(410)521-1600, ext. 4000, to learn about the agency’s services or how to apply to COMPLETE CARE. Our outreach team will be happy to assist you with information about DDA and our services.
